Mose Allison was a unique blues and jazz pianist and vocalist who had a distinctive style of playing with timeless lyrics as well. His music has been covered by the likes of the Who, Bonnie Raitt, Elvis Costello, Van Morrison, Iggy Pop, Jackson Browne, Chrissie Hynde, Ben Harper and so many others.
